Convert velocty to rest frequency.

Parameters:
velQuantity

Velocity.

radial_velocityQuantity

Radial velocity of the source relative to the observer.

doppler_restQuantity

Rest frequency of the line.

doppler_convention{“radio”, “relativistic”}, default: “radio”

The Doppler convention to use.

Returns:
rest_freqQuantity

Rest frequency.
