Measure the SNR of a line by integrating the emission on the fitted gaussian profile

Parameters:

areafloat or Quantity: Area of the fitted gaussian line.
fwhmfloat or Quantity: FWHM of the fitted gaussian line.
dvfloat or Quantity: Channel width.
snrfloat or Quantity: Target SNR.

Returns:

rmsfloat or Quantity: Estimated rms for the target SNR.
